Today was our first offical weigh in ( we weigh once a month as a group. I didn't weigh last week so I was excited when today showed a 5.2 lb loss for the month. I met my goal! 5 lbs a month is what I'd like to shoot for. I t was alot of work, and I hope I can keep it up. Today being Valentine's day I 've had more than my share of chocolate and junk and I don't feel really good. I guess that's another sign of progression! I feel better eating healthy foods. Tomorrow is the start of a new month and hopefully another 5 lb loss.
