So, It's been a week and a half since "I'm LosingIt" started, I have logged every crumb I put in my mouth everyday, averageing 1100-1400 calories a day and drank 64 oz. of water everyday and stepped an average of 10.000 steps everyday and exercised 5 days a week. I weighed in for the first time and lost.......1 pound . I keep telling myself the numbers don't matter this is a lifestyle change, but...1 pound. I guess, I'll need an extention on our 6 month challenge at this rate!. I'm not frustrated or discouraged just would have been excited at a bigger loss after the first week. It was probably just the new glasses I'm wearing, darn, I should've taken them off before I weighed!

You just keep going sis!!! You can do it. Lifestyle changes take time. You are one of the hardest working sistas I know!!! YOU GO GIRL. I just did a fruits and veggies cleanse through work. A lot of the gals lots 5 to 6 lbs in the week. I gained a pound!!! Puts you in the nut house!! Oh well, All I can do at times is hold on and go for the ride 'eh? XOXO, Kiwi
